Puffles is a unique concept in South Florida that brings a modern twist to Hong Kong egg waffles, a beloved street snack. We offer customizable waffle cones with a variety of ice cream flavors and toppings. Additionally, we serve made-to-order bubble tea using premium ingredients sourced from Taiwan. Our freshly brewed teas and in-house cooked tapioca pearls ensure an authentic and delightful experience. We take pride in providing the perfect bubble tea drink with various toppings to satisfy any craving. Since our start in 2017, we've been passionate about sharing the joy of Hong Kong egg waffles and refreshing bubble tea with the South Florida community, culminating in the opening of our flagship store in 2019.

TRAINING

The classroom training spans eight hours and covers essential aspects such as our menu offerings, food preparation techniques, customer service standards, and operational procedures. This classroom training provides a solid foundation for franchisees to understand the Puffles concept and brand. Additionally, we offer 80 hours of on-the-job training, allowing franchisees to gain hands-on experience and practical skills in a real-world setting.
